Jamie's Italian – Perth
In November 2012, Edmunds Electrical was invited by Pinnacle Commercial Interiors to tender for the Electrical Services works for Jamie’s Italian at 140 William Street Perth. Work commenced in December 2012 and was completed at the end of February 2013.
The services we supplied included:
- pre-wiring of all lighting, power, data cabling and electrical circuits;
- fitting light fittings, chandeliers, emergency lights, switches, sensors, socket outlets, isolators and equipment;
- supplying light fittings (for those lights not supplied by the client);
- installing the new Dynalite lighting control system;
- adding PIRs to existing lighting circuits;
- upgrading the basement switchboard;
- supplying new distribution boards for the ground floor and basement;
- installing new sub mains;
- moving the existing communications cabinet to the basement;
- installing cable tray and tie cabling;
- supplying and installing two new 15A 15-way power rails – one UPS and one non UPS; and
- Testing and commissioning the new installation.
